I came at 8:30 am and they told that in need to wait 2 hours for x-ray. I had referral from my doctor but there are many people waiting in line. I wanted to give 4 stars because you cannot make appt and it’s all walk-in but staff are friendly and let you come back at later time where there is a spot available. I am curious why don’t allow prebooking online or via phone. Anyway, the X-ray is quick and you get result 1-2 days online.

When I got there, they said they had an appointment in 40 minutes, so I ran some quick errand. They promptly got me in on time and were very pleasant and efficient. A really good experience.

I was very impressed with the way I was treated by everyone in this location, starting with the front desk attendant who was able to accommodate my schedule so I could come in a later time and handled the intake forms pretty quickly. The technician was very respectable, kind and very knowledgeable about the process. I was glad I came to this office on a Saturday rather than the one near me in Los Gatos which is always very crowded and chaotic.

The staff from the front office to the back where my MRI happened was professional.
I appreciated the front desk woman working with me when I told her I forgot my purse at work! I didn’t need to reschedule which I appreciated because I drove a ways to get there. I was thankful for that and her understanding. What a lovely staff all the way around.

Third attempt coming to Valley Radiology Sunnyvale for a standing XRay order from my rheumatologist. First two times in midafternoon I saw the No More XRays Today signs up. Came at 11:15am today- no signs up but the front desk said they’re already fully booked for the day then put up the signs. If you want to get an XRay here, come at 8am when they open. You can’t book an appointment ahead of time. Absurd.

Hi. My 1st time today @ Sunnyvale VRI. I had a great experience. The front desk staff was awesome !, very kind and professional. Doreen the tech who did my CT SCAN was awesome as well ! She is very kind and professional. If needed, I will return to VRI Sunnyvale for any future appointments. I recommend to anyone, schedule their appointments with VRI Sunnyvale. I have anxiety, yet, I
felt and was very comfortable, thanks to the staff there. Thank you very much ! ?

Very excellent service. The front desk staffs and the technician are very friendly and enthusiasm in serving every customer. We were at this location very first time but really satisfied with their service. The waiting time was pretty short after checking in and the process of the procedure was proceeded as efficient as expected. It is deserved for a five star!

Everyone was nice but they didn't show up to open until 50 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start At 7:30. Then the 45 minute wait after signing in.
