I recently visited Valley Radiology Samaritan for an X-ray, and my experience was excellent. I do recognize that I got lucky, as this facility can get very busy at times, but today (Monday at 2:30 pm), I was taken in within 15 minutes as a walk-in. The X-ray technician was professional, clear in instructions, and made the process comfortable. From start to finish, my visit took about 35 minutes, and everything went flawlessly. I’m very satisfied with the efficiency and service I received and would recommend this facility to others.

Had an early AM appointment and found myself a parking spot right around the building. Wasn’t as crowded when I stepped in though it picked up and all of a sudden there was line ( right when I got done with my paperwork and was waiting for my turn).

Sylvia is amazing when it comes to customer care and welcoming patients to the imaging center. She did the initial paperwork and collected the payment after which I sat back In the waiting area.

Rachel was the ultrasound tech who was assigned for my appointment and she was wonderful to work with. She made me comfortable and briefed me about the procedure. She was very efficient and quick with the whole process.

Would definitely recommend Valley Radiology for all your imaging, ultrasound etc needs absolutely for sure..

Every person I worked with did an excellent job. From the front desk to the CT tech technologist who took my images. There was a bit of a line but luckily I showed up early and was only a few minutes delayed from my appointment time.
I hope it is easy process to obtain a DVD with my CT images on it for my personal records.

Great service, staff were very helpful and polite. Minus the fact I was given the wrong address and showed up to the wrong location, they were very flexible and waited for me to arrive to the correct location and still honored my appointment even though I was late. Technician got me in right away, made me feel very safe and comfortable while conducting my exam. Again it was very pleasant to be seen here.

I brought my grandma here for a CT scan and everything from the check-in process to doing the scan was very smooth. The receptionist was very friendly and the radiologist was great. She was also bilingual in Spanish and also helped with translation as my grandma only speaks Spanish. I really appreciated that the radiologist walked us through everything she was doing and why. Thank you! Overall, great service!

My visit to VRI was great. The line was short, the people working were very kind and helpful. Wayne did the imaging process for me and was very professional, thoughtful and efficient. I highly recommend it.

Getting a breast MRI is very uncomfortable. There was no explanation of what was happening or how long it would take. I was not adjusted into a correct position. It was basically lay down there and I was slid into the machine. There was no one speaking to me through headphones making me feel very alone and scared. My face was in pain from the pressure of lying on the face holder for about 35 minutes and I did not want to stop because I was afraid it would make the experience take longer. I am sure there is a better way to adjust the face holder to prevent this. I had a much better experience at another facility.
