I was in for X Ray which is walk-in based. The office hour is 8am to 5pm, and I wanted to get mine done before going to work. I went around 7:20 thinking I would wait in my car our line up outside, but they actually opened their door slightly so I could wait inside. The receptionist gave me a number card when I told her I was there for X Ray.
Once staffs arrived, they quickly went over my paperwork, ID and insurance card. A technician came out to get me around 8:20, and I was done around 8:40. All the staffs are friendly, attentive and proactive toward every patients in the waiting area, especially toward the elderly & someone who doesn’t speak English. Definitely a positive experience.

Line was pretty okay at around 2:30pm. Workers were nice and quick to check me in ready for walk-in. Took about 30min - 45mins thankfully as there was a lot of people ahead of me. Once checked in, they quickly took my x-ray and guided me through the process. Came for X-ray on chest. Total about 5mins. Super quick, thank you!

TLDR: Be patient with them and understand that they can be short staff sometimes, or have days where there are less people but more staff so they can go through people faster. They are there to help and make sure things go as smoothly as possible. Just treat people with respect and be patient unless there is clear obvious neglect (tho people can see neglect in different ways) but in my experience at the time, felt nothing of that of any sort. My experience this time was very pleasant. I was there once before for a CT scan and my experience was horrible. This time everyone was very nice and very welcoming. The walking process could be a bit more efficient but it was explained to me that there is only one technician on the day I was there even thought the lab had two sets of X-ray equipment. Nonetheless, I was out in two hours time, including 1 hour of waiting time for the Lab to open at 8:00am. I think the Lab needs a better system to capture the patient insurance and ID information so the order for the X-ray can be produced so the technician can get on with doing his work. It takes too long for this step to be completed before the X-ray.

I went there to do a mammogram. I arrived ten minutes earlier than my appointment time. I checked in ( They scanned my ID and insurance card) and filled out some forms. I was told that someone will call my name to bring me in. I waited 45 minutes and I went to the receptionist to ask. Then they realized that they forgot me. But nobody apologized for that. I was soon brought in and finished the mammogram. Everyone’s time is valuable. I’m not happy with the long wait caused by staff’s mistake!

I don’t know what is going on but I called to make a mammogram appointment and expected at least a 3 month wait and to be on hold forever. They picked up after the first ring and said they had appointments the next day! I was early and they took me early. I was out in about 15 minutes. There was also maybe 3 people in the waiting room and I was used to seeing at least 20. I hope it stays like this!

Worse place ever!! They don’t make an appointment and patients have to wait at least 2 hrs to go inside. I do not recommend this place, especially for elderly people.
