Wie hier de tent runt zou de ogen uit hun kop moeten schamen. Van hoe er om word gegaan met bewoners, tot de zogenaamde nieuwe keukens die geplaatst zijn die zo hoog zijn dat bewoners er niks uit kunnen halen, en ook nog is rolstoel onvriendelijk zijn. Personeel neemt allemaal tegelijk pauze en laten bewoners meer dan 40 minuten wachten als ze op hun knop drukken. Afspraken worden nooit nagekomen: halen bewoners niet op tijd uit bed, zijn hardhandig en er zijn zoveel tijdelijke krachten die de afspraken niet kennen. Ook is het grotendeels van het personeel ontzettend onvriendelijk, en liegen gewoon waar je bij staat.
